Rice Dressing

This is a great stuffing for a turkey or chicken and a nice alternative to bread stuffing.

Bring water or stock to boil, add rice, cover and
reduce heat to low. Cook 40-45 minutes, until done.

Mince the bacon and fry with onions (about 5 minutes).
Drain off fat except for about 3 tablespoons.

Mix all ingredients together and stuff the bird, then bake.
