This one is Cindy’s favorite drink in the summer. She says that her grandma always knew how to make these drinks to perfection.  Hopefully this will come close!

Rinse the flower briefly to remove any impurities.  Drain.
Place the flowers in a saucepan and add 6 cups [1.5 liters] water.

Bring the water to a boil, reduce the hear to medium and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and let stand for 10-20 minutes.
Strain the water into a pitcher, dilute with 4 cups water and add the sugar.
Serve well chilled.
