Cereal Cookies

Cereal Cookies

Makes about 100 cookies

Following are 4 different variations of the same type of cookie.  Any one of these are great to use up small quantities of cereal, nuts, etc.  As you can see, the specific quantity of any one ingredient is not too crucial to the overall success of the cookies.  Use what you have and combine the flavors you like.  You can also use the dough as the basis for Chocolate Chip cookies - just add 2 cups of chips or 12 oz [340 grams] chopped dark chocolate.
