Cranberry Nut BreadOne 5” x 9” [13 cm x 23 cm] loaf A moist quick bread with the tang of cranberries. Serve sliced and spread with cream cheese.
Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl. Combine the egg, oil, orange juice and grated orange peel into a smaller bowl. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Bake at 350 ° F [175 °] for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. |
