Muffins are a easy option for a crowd as they are served in individual portions. Plus, being smaller than Coffeecakes, they bake more quickly. There are many options here, depending on the flavors you prefer. There’s even a savory one: Jalapeño Corn Muffins. If you prefer to make your own favorite flavor, start with Basic Muffins and add the spices, nuts and/or fruits you prefer.
