A colorful appetizer, easily put together at the last minute.  On a large round plate, it will look like a pizza.

Mash avocados in a bowl, adding lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In separate bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco mix.
Spread on serving plate, layering as follows:

 Refried beans

 Avocado mixture

 Sour cream mixture

 Green onions

 Tomatoes

 Olives

 Cheese

Serve with tortilla chips.
